NoGood

During my time as Creative Lead at growth marketing agency NoGood, I wanted to update and improve where the existing brand was. NoGood wanted to be seen as a thought leader in the growth marketing space, and the way the guidelines were being interpreted was not living up to the brand’s potential. My team and I approached the existing visual system from a different angle and created some fun stuff in the process

Responsibilities:
Creative Direction | Creative Strategy | Team Leadership | Design

First, we needed high quality, cohesive headshots for the whole team. Previously the NoGood site featured low res black and white photos. We shot a fun new set of images that showed personality.

Social needed to be transformed completely. We created a much more focused design system, used brand colors and shapes more intentionally, and created easy to use templates.

We started to define the brand's voice in movement, creating a reel highlighting client work and the impact the Creative team was making. It was a main feature on the new Studio page on NoGood's site.

We even created a series of proprietary NoGood NFTs, inspired by team members. The Pandamonium "Bad Pandas" were launched on OpenSea and given to each employee.
